Appointment Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment for IV Therapy, Hormone Optimization, or Peptide Consultation, a $75 deposit is required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your visit on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or may have the deposit applied to a future appointment. 
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the $75 deposit. 
• Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeited.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days.

Your appointment is scheduled upon booking. You will receive a phone call afterward to complete the deposit requirement.
